He worked as a Correctional Officer at St. Lucie County Jail for almost 10 years, during which time he received specialized training, certifications, and recognitions for his work. He also had a bail bonds company for a period of time. Currently, Giordano works at FPL as a Nuclear Security Officer, where he protects civilians from nuclear sabotage. This job requires a high level of skill, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility – all qualities that would serve him well as Sheriff. His experience in this role has given him a deep understanding of the importance of security and safety measures, which he believes are crucial for the Sheriff’s Department.. His diverse background and experiences have given him a unique perspective on law enforcement, and he is dedicated to using his knowledge and expertise to make a positive impact on the community.
